MorshedWorx ("we") runs MorshedWorx Voice, an AI phone receptionist for businesses. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Information you type on this site: phone number, business name, area, and the setup form.
• Calls with our AI receptionist: audio recordings, transcripts, and call details such as time, length, and phone numbers.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic analytics and ad measurement data (pages viewed, button clicks) through cookies and pixels from Google and Meta.

How we use it

• To run demo calls you request and to send the verification code and checkout link by text.
• To set up and operate the receptionist for your business, including sending you call summaries.
• To improve call quality and fix problems.
• To measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the product work (voice AI, telephony and SMS, payments, hosting) and when the law requires it.

Calls and texts

Demo calls use an AI-generated voice and only happen after you ask for one and confirm your number. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Calls may be recorded and transcribed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. We use your phone number only to send the messages you agreed to.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@morshedworx.com. We keep records of demo-call consent as required by law.
