Terms of Service

The service

MorshedWorx Voice answers phone calls for your business using artificial intelligence, takes messages, books appointments, and transfers calls you mark as urgent. It is not a replacement for emergency services. We tell callers to dial 911 when there is danger, and you are responsible for following up on every message and booking.

Plans and billing

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of minutes per billing period. Minutes beyond that are billed at your plan's overage rate. Unused minutes do not roll over.

Money-back guarantee

If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are not refunded after the first 30 days.

Your responsibilities

The information you give us about your business must be accurate. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including call-recording notice rules in your state. Don't use the service for illegal activity or unsolicited marketing calls.

Text messages (SMS)

MorshedWorx Voice Alerts. When you turn on text alerts in your account, or ask for a demo call or a checkout link, MorshedWorx sends you text messages: summaries of calls your receptionist answered, urgent-call alerts, appointment notices, one-time verification codes and the links you asked for. We never send marketing texts through this program.

Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or email hello@morshedworx.com. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. You can also turn text alerts off in your account settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits

AI can make mistakes. We aren't liable for lost business, missed messages, or anything a caller does based on what the receptionist said. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
